San Jose, Calif., March 15, 2006 - GLOBAL VR today announced its intentions to release an innovative new coin-op video game based upon the blockbuster movie title Aliens. The second movie in one of the most successful big screen franchises of all time, Aliens has also been one of the most successful video games based on a movie title. The game originally found its way to computer gaming when in 1986 it appeared as Alien: The Computer Game published by Activision. In 1989 the coin-op industry enjoyed the first arcade version of Alien developed and manufactured by Konami. Aliens hit the scene in 1990 published by Konami followed by Alien 3 - The Gun, in 1993 published by Sega and Alien vs. Predator published in 1994 by Capcom.

Today, GLOBAL VR and Twentieth Century Fox have teamed up with one of the coin-op industry's leading game developers, Play Mechanix, Inc. Founded in 1995 by George Petro, a former game designer for Midway Games, Play Mechanix has established itself as one of the industries leading developers of games for the coin-op and gaming industries. It's not every day developers get a chance to work on such a high profile title. We intend to help make this game the biggest hit the coin-op industry has seen in years!"

When asked for comment about the new development effort, Jim DeRose, GLOBAL VR's President and CEO commented, "The title Aliens is synonymous with excitement and terror. Since the introduction of the very first movie 25 years ago movie goers and game players know that Aliens will deliver a unique and visceral experience unlike any other." In the game the players take control of one of the best weapons in the Colonial Marine arsenal the M41A 10mm Pulse Rifle, over and under, with a 30mm grenade launcher.

Jeff Shotwell, GLOBAL VR's, ALIENS Extermination's game producer stated, "We have gone to extraordinary lengths to insure that the story line is consistent with the Aliens movie while at the same time introducing a new plot that will both thrill and entertain our players.
