GLOBAL VRŽ DEDICATED TO ACHIEIVING "TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION"
New Team Created To Provide Field Support For Major Corporate Initiative.

SAN JOSE, Calif., December 9, 2005 — GLOBAL VR is pleased to announce that the company has undertaken a major initiative to achieve “Total Customer Satisfaction” with distributors, operators, locations and players. In announcing the move, Jim DeRose, GLOBAL VR’s President and CEO stated, “Our ultimate goal is to exceed all of our customers’ expectations and make it a pleasure to do business with us. In order to achieve this goal, we are examining everything we do and how we might do it better. From game development, through manufacturing and distribution to service, we will measure ourselves against the highest expectations.”

As a vital part of the initiative, GLOBAL VR is deploying a team of professionals, dedicated to working with distributors, operators and locations. The newly created Customer Satisfaction Team will be staffed with individuals whose experience, creative capabilities and technical skills make them uniquely qualified to fill these important roles. Rob White, formerly regional sales manager for the Southeast/Southwest, has been named National Director of the Customer Satisfaction Team.  Reporting to Rob will be Derek Nelson,  Steve Wooley and OV Bharvirkar, who will serve as Customer Satisfaction Team Regional Managers for the East, Central and West regions, respectively.”  Collectively, Rob, Derek, Steve and OV will be dedicated to improving service support while developing effective, business building programs on a local basis.

Working with GLOBAL VR’s San Jose based service department, this experienced team will provide immediate service support in critical situations.  In addition, the team will work with operators to develop local and regional tournaments and insure the successful execution of marketing programs, to optimize earnings on all GLOBAL VR products.
