GLOBAL VR Creates GLOBAL IMPACT: An Online Promotional Materials Store For Operators

SAN JOSE, Calif., October, 2004 —GLOBAL VR® announces the launch of a new web-based store for operators where they can order customized promotional materials for their locations. The new program will effectively help operators promote events by allowing them to create visually exciting, custom materials, on-demand, with a minimal turnaround time of 72 hours.

With GLOBAL IMPACT, operators can go online and easily place an order for everything from banners, posters or table tents to floor graphics. Layout templates have already been generated by GLOBAL VR with customizable fields, including headlines and multiple lines of text for the message. To further personalize the materials, operators may add logos, graphics or their company name. Other selectable options include dimensions, media—lamination, and mounting. Designs may be saved for future editing or, for the purposes of re-order.

Vice President of Marketing for GLOBAL VR, Caryn Mical, says, “We are excited to be able to offer this easy-to-use resource that allows operators to create their own quality print materials for the purpose of increasing event awareness and promoting sales.” Often referred to as the “silent salesman”, point-of-purchase materials such as these that are available through this unique program are successful because they can sell to the customer “silently” by providing key information that attracts their attention.

Similar to other online stores, operators simply fill their “shopping cart” with their chosen, customized promotional materials, and proceed to checkout.
