For Immediate Release - May 08, 2003, San Jose, CA - GLOBAL VR today announced it has appointed Brian Matthews as head of the company's Quality Assurance and Customer Service departments. A seasoned veteran of the coin-op industry, Mr. Matthews brings with him a over 8 years of experience in developing and implementing processes in manufacturing, documentation and quality assurance.

Mr. Matthews began his career as a systems engineer working for Quantum 3D. He then moved to HyperWare where, in his role of Senior Systems Engineer, he oversaw and managed all functions related to documentation, manufacturing and ultimately customer service and quality assurance.

In addition to Quantum 3D and HyperWare, Mr. Matthews also spent three years at Sega GameWorks where he worked in a technical support role. At GLOBAL VR he will be working to insure that products and support meet the rigorous demands of the location-based gaming industry.
