For Immediate Release - March 21, 2003, San Jose, CA - Company President Milind Bharvirkar announced today that GLOBAL VR is set to launch the new exclusive software title Operation Blockade for Vortek systems.

In Operation Blockade, players control a thundering array of World War II era firepower to defend their territory from enemy invasion. The game features nonstop combat action with amazing graphics and simple controls.

Operation Blockade also introduces lightning-fast multiplayer gaming to the Vortek platform. Up to four Vorteks can be linked for cooperative gaming. Multiplay linked gaming brings in more revenue, with players joining in groups and paying for continues to keep gaming with their friends.

Operators of existing Vortek systems can add Operation Blockade by purchasing and installing a software upgrade kit. Operation Blockade multiplayer linked networks can be built with any combination of Vortek hardware, including the Deluxe and the new Vortek V3 which was unveiled at ASI in Las Vegas.
